1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Thank you for visiting America for Seniors. This Terms of Use agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between America for Seniors LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, and you. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

2. OUR SERVICES

America for Seniors connects seniors with qualified service providers who offer services designed to assist with daily living activities, home maintenance, technology assistance, healthcare navigation, and other support services.

Services include:

• Home maintenance and seasonal services
• Technology support and training
• Healthcare and benefit navigation
• Personal care and companion services
• Transportation assistance

3. VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS

All service providers are independent contractors. America for Seniors does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any vendor. Users should verify credentials, licensing, and insurance independently before engaging any vendor.

4. ARIZONA CONSUMER PROTECTION

Under Arizona law, you have rights to cancel certain contracts. For home solicitation contracts over $25, you have three business days to cancel. Some vendors may be required to be licensed under Arizona law.

Arizona law prohibits financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. If you believe you have been victimized, contact Adult Protective Services at 1-877-767-2385 or local law enforcement.

5. USER ACCOUNT TERMS

A) BASIC ACCOUNT: FREE

Free users will be able to:

• Browse through the platform and contact a placement agent for free.
• Search for caregivers and assisted living facilities, see profiles, and read reviews.
• Have FREE access to any other services on the platform.
• Post a job for FREE.

B) PREMIUM ACCOUNT: PAID SUBSCRIPTION

Premium users require a paid subscription to:

• Send messages
• View contact details
• Schedule interviews
• Post jobs that get high visibility

Contact Caregivers:

• $2.99 — to unlock messaging with a single caregiver
• $14.99 — for unlimited messages for 7 days

6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. AMERICA FOR SENIORS IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR TRANSACTIONS WITH VENDORS.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona courts.
